This depends on how far we are sending your order and stock availability. However, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and please allow 3-5 working days for shipment to reach you

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order has received a tracking number at our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment notification email. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to go live after receiving a shipment notification email.

To check the delivery status of your order, click on Track My Order in your shipment notification email. If you placed the order on your Wakili account, you can also refer to your Order History on your Account page at any time.
