How soon will I get my package?

This depends on how far we are sending your order and stock availability. However, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and please allow 3-5 working days for shipment to reach you

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order has received a tracking number at our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment notification email. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to go live after receiving a shipment notification email.

To check the delivery status of your order, click on Track My Order in your shipment notification email. If you placed the order on your The Runway Uniform account, you can also refer to your Order History on your Account page at any time.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot modify your order once payment has been confirmed and a tracking number has been generated.

Can I return my item?

We understand that preferences can sometimes change, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as not liking the color or style. However, we do offer refunds and exchanges if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in new, unworn condition with original hangtags attached.
  • There are no tears, pilling, sweat stains, makeup stains, or other visible markings.
  • The item has not been altered, washed, or damaged.

If you received an incorrect size, color, or quantity, we'd be happy to assist with an exchange. Please let us know if that applies, and we’ll get started right away!

Can I exchange my product?

Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:

If you receive an item that is in thewrong size, color, or quantity, we are here to assist you with an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

- The item is in new, unworn condition, with original hangtags attached.
- It does not have tears, pilling, sweat stains, makeup stains, or other visible markings.
- The item has not been altered, washed, or otherwise damaged.

How to Initiate an Exchange:If you believe your item meets the eligibility criteria for exchange, please contact us at hello@wakili.com.my within 21 days of your Order Purchase Date. A member of our team will assist you with the next steps.

Exchange Process:Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your exchange for the correct size, color, or quantity, subject to availability, within 1-3 working days. Once processed, we will ship out the exchanged item(s) as soon as possible.

Additional Information:- All postal fees, customs duties, and taxes for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
- We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are the only form of remedy for eligible returns.
