Omni Polo Shirt is a regular cut that ensures a comfortable and versatile collared shirt with a relaxed fit, ideal for various occasions, known for its timeless design and ease of wear.

Each product has an inside label with detailed washing instructions. Please pay careful attention to these instructions as they are specifically written to ensure lasting quality of your TRU clothing. 

For most of our products made from cotton, the washing instructions are straightforward: wash with like colors in cold water and tumble dry on low, or air dry. Certain products may require more specific care - check the label inside first before washing!

As long as the prescribed care instructions for each item are followed, your Bonobos clothing should maintain their great shape and fit after washing.

Pre-Order allow our customers to purchase select items in advance of their official launch. The Runway Uniform items are made in small batches and seasonal colors and patterns typically are not re-ordered - pre-ordering ensures that you'll get the size and style you prefer. The estimated ship date of a pre-order item can be found on the product page. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it’s on its way to you.

Pre-Order items can be canceled or shipping address updated prior to fulfillment. Please email hello@wakili.com.my for any assistance. Please note that once your order goes through our fulfillment process at the warehouse, we are not able to make any changes.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Once your order has received a tracking number at our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment notification email. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to go live after receiving a shipment notification email.

To check the delivery status of your order, click on Track My Order in your shipment notification email. If you placed the order on your Wakili account, you can also refer to your Order History on your Account page at any time.

We fulfill items from our fulfillment center located in Johor. Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours (excluding pre-order items) Monday thru Friday. Orders placed anytime after 10am EST will be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.  

Our fulfilment center will ship your order as quickly as possible, and therefore changes to the order or shipping address may not be possible once fulfilment has begun. We are unable to make any updates or changes to your order once it has been shipped.
