Circular Uniform Program
How does program work?
Step 1: Say Goodbye to your old uniforms. Collect any used uniforms, whether from us or other brands.

How long do I have to ship my old uniforms?
You’ll need to fill out a short form. It takes 2–3 days for us to email you with a shipping label. Once you receive it, you’ll have 7 days to pack and drop off your old uniforms at the nearest Citilink drop-off point.
Missed the deadline? No worries — just shoot us an email, and we’ll send you a fresh label.
How do I get my discount code?
As soon as we receive your shipment, you’ll get an email with your 10% off The Runway discount code — no minimum spend required. Once received, your code will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

What are the terms of the program?
Powered by The Runway, Circular Uniform program is currently open to Malaysia-based customers only.
Eligible participants who return their old uniforms will receive a 10% discount code with no minimum spend. The Code will be sent via email and must be used within 3 months from the issue date before it expires.
All returned uniforms must be clean and laundered before shipment. Shipping must be completed using the Citilink label provided by The Runway. Missed your drop-off window? Contact us and we’ll send you a new label.
The Code cannot be applied to
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
- Any existing promotions or discount codes
The Code must be applied at checkout and used in a single transaction. Offer cannot be combined with other offers, applied to past purchases, or redeemed for cash. All items purchased using the Code are subject to our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
Recycle
Where do my recycled uniforms end up?
Depending on the materials, your old uniforms will either be recycled fiber-to-fiber into new garments or repurposed through upcycling and downcycling.
Uniforms that can’t be turned back into fiber will find a second life as materials for things like furniture padding, insulation, rubber mats, or even construction surfaces — keeping them useful and out of the waste stream.
