Circular Uniform Program

How does program work?

How long do I have to ship my old uniforms?

You’ll need to fill out a short form. It takes 2–3 days for us to email you with a shipping label. Once you receive it, you’ll have 7 days to pack and drop off your old uniforms at our designated partner collection points.

Missed the deadline? No worries — just shoot us an email, and we’ll send you a fresh label.

How do I get my discount code?

As soon as your shipment arrives, you’ll receive an email with 10% off applied to your Impact Order invoice.

What are the terms of the program?

Powered by The Runway, the Circular Uniform Program is currently open to Malaysia-based customers only.

Eligible participants who return their old uniforms will receive 10% off their Impact Order.

All returned uniforms must be clean and laundered before shipment.

A minimum of 1,000 pieces is required for collection. Missed your drop-off window? Contact us and we’ll send you a new label.
